Virtual Reality
Life seemingly so realTangible, solid, meaningfulYet subject to corruption and deathA vapour, no enduring substanceLimited to time and finalityWe who live in this bubbleBounded by the frail skin of deathStrive to make life our sojourn bearableComfortable and purposefulReaching for success and notorietyClambering for wealth and fameAchieving goals, framing certificatesAll disappearing with a resounding 'pop'When the virtual touches reality
Then what does the three score and ten meanWhen we meet the next dimension realityWill our lives hold any substance?Something enduring in our soulsSomething tangible real and everlastingSomething solid and truly meaningful.Looking past the inevitable appointmentBeyond the limits of our understandingWhere unending reality dwellsTimeless eternity, boundless energyDetermined by this virtual realityTesting ground of lifeGod in us is the substanceGod in us the reality
